Warranty Term

This warranty term is applied on Topdisk products, including PCBA & COB &TF card.

Warranty scope:

1. The defects caused by manufacturing or materials.

2. Warranty time is within 12 months after shipment for COB & complete USB FLASH DRIVE.

3. Warranty time is within 6 months after shipment for PCBA.

Non-warranty scope: 

The following cases are NOT in the warranty scope.

1. The products are not sold by Topdisk.

2. The defects are beyond the Warranty Period.

3. The products have been changed by the third party, which is not authorized by Topdisk.

4. The defects are caused by the improper operation.

5. The defects are caused by the accident such as dropping into water and so on.

6. The defects are caused by other conditions, which are not due to the fault of Topdisk.

RMA procedures:

1. Make sure the goods are in the above warranty scope, and within warranty time.

2. Transfer all your data to other storage devices.

3. Tell the defective product details to Topdisk sales representative, the info shall include model # / memory size / qty, etc.

4. After sales representative’s confirmation, you will receive an RMA sheet with RMA number.

5. Send back the goods to Topdisk.

    1) Make sure the goods are sent to Topdisk Hongkong office. 

    2) Make sure the freight is prepaid;

    3) Make sure the goods are BULK packed;

    4) Print the RMA sheet and put it into the carton;

    5) Write the RMA number in the shipping mark outside of each carton;

    6) Write the courier tracking number outside of each carton;

    7) Tell the tracking number to the sales representative as soon as the goods are shipped.

6. When goods arrive at Topdisk Hongkong office, Topdisk will check the actual goods, the sales representative will tell you the actual result.

7. Topdisk will repair the goods, according to what Topdisk received.

8. Topdisk will return the repaired the goods to you, freight prepaid.

Notes:

1. For service on Non-Topdisk products, or products beyond RMA scope, the related cost is for buyer’s account.

2. Topdisk reserves the right to repair or replace the defective products with same function or same specification products.

3. Topdisk is NOT responsible for any data loss during reparation or replacement.
